Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stride Technologies collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Stride website, mobile application, and related services.

By using Stride, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the service.

Stride is a training and performance product focused on sprint planning, speed analysis, progress tracking, and related features. Because the product includes accounts, subscriptions, performance features, and device-side media processing, the information we handle depends on how you use Stride.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined here.

    Video Analysis Data

Stride may let you capture or import videos for speed analysis. Related files, thumbnails, and analysis outputs may be stored locally on your device so that you can review or manage them in the app.

Video analysis outputs may include estimated speed values, time-based metrics, frame-level analysis results, and pose-related data generated from the video. We do not describe these outputs as medical data, and users control whether to create or remove local video-analysis files on their device.

    Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Stride. These may include providers supporting authentication, data infrastructure, subscriptions, hosting, analytics, and customer support.

Examples of providers used in connection with Stride include external services for authentication, application data infrastructure, and payment processing together with the Apple App Store and Google Play for subscription management and purchase status.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, prevent fraud, or respond to a valid legal request.

    Security

We use commercially reasonable measures intended to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Stride, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

Some data, such as locally stored videos and related analysis files on your device, may remain under your control until you delete them. If you delete your account, we will process deletion of applicable account data associated with our systems, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational requirements.

Depending on how you use Stride, you may be able to update profile information in-app, remove locally stored video-analysis content, cancel subscriptions through the applicable app-store platform, and request account deletion. You can also contact us with privacy requests or questions.
